Corporate Designer – Project Style

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated versions of identical deliverables and assess them based on layout & spacing, typography, color, domain authenticity, and overall refinement.

• Refine the most effective candidate to emphasize quality.

• Offer clear rationales linked to specific layout evidence, which includes alignment, spacing, balance, grouping, and density.

• Utilize design judgment on genuine corporate client materials.

• Review and amend AI-generated presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and PDFs.

• Contribute human expertise to the training and improvement of AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in design, marketing/communications, or knowledge work specialization.

• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, in-house corporate design, agency work, or marketing communications roles.

• Capability to identify subtle layout discrepancies, such as alignment issues, uneven card heights, unused space, and margin consistency.

• Proficiency in articulating design evaluations in written form.

• Submission of a resume is required.

• Completion of the Corporate Designer calibration assessment (approximately 45 minutes).

• Currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
