Corporate Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee standard agreements for customers and vendors, ensuring all forms remain up to date.

• Assess incoming contracts and offer initial insights along with business guidance.

• Collaborate with the Business Development and Growth teams on innovative product and business concepts.

• Create and sustain forms, templates, and playbooks.

• Negotiate contracts with increasing autonomy over time.

• Work alongside IP and Data Privacy Counsel and Labor Counsel on pertinent contract clauses.

• Address various corporate and commercial legal inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience specializing in commercial contracts, either in a law firm or in-house.

• Excellent drafting capabilities and a keen awareness of risk.

• Familiarity with technology, SaaS, data, or service agreements.

• A practical, business-oriented mindset with the ability to provide clear solutions and assist teams in reaching agreements.

• Comfortable managing a high volume of tasks and prioritizing independently.

• Enthusiastic about developing forms and processes.

• A genuine interest in AI and the companies that are driving its development.
