This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Coordinate and manage the activities of the Vida & Carreira program, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing development.
• Create and assess strategies aimed at enhancing students' socio-emotional and professional skills.
• Lead and mentor the teaching team for the Vida & Carreira curricular segment, fostering training and pedagogical coherence.
• Provide support and guidance to students in their academic and professional paths, assisting them with their learning journeys and career opportunities.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with organizations, companies, and initiatives that broaden student opportunities.
• Advocate for employability, internationalization, outreach, innovation, and entrepreneurship projects that align with the Vida & Carreira program and the Dual Talent Accelerator.
• Track and assess program outcomes, indicators, and impacts, recommending ongoing enhancements.
• Create innovative materials and methodologies for the Vida & Carreira program.
• Ensure a welcoming and supportive learning environment for students.
• Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• Postgraduate qualification in Education, Educational Management, Psychopedagogy, Human Development, People Management, or similar fields.
• A Master's degree is mandatory.
• A Doctorate (PhD) is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating educational programs, career development, or academic advising.
• Familiarity with active learning methodologies and innovative educational initiatives.
• Experience in tutoring, mentoring, or providing professional guidance.
• Previous involvement with socio-emotional development programs, employability initiatives, and dual learning is a bonus.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing teaching teams.
• Competence in developing and executing innovative strategies for teaching and career guidance.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proactive and adept at problem-solving.
• Awareness of labor market trends and career opportunities.
• Ability to establish and sustain strategic partnerships, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a systemic approach to thinking.
• Commitment to 200 hours per month, Monday to Friday.
