Core Experience, AI Product Manager – Contractor

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead the core platform experience along with AI-driven personalization for Binance’s primary website.

• Enhance the comprehensive user journey from onboarding through to activation.

• Manage product features for the Homepage, User Center, AI Generative UI, and Market pages.

• Create and refine onboarding processes to boost new user conversion rates.

• Propel user journey and UI/UX enhancements across essential touchpoints.

• Work collaboratively with business units to promote exposure and growth initiatives throughout the app.

• Design and adjust recommendation strategies to deliver hyper-personalized content.

• Collaborate with ML/data teams to develop and enhance personalization engines.

• Specify product requirements for generative UI experiences tailored to user context.

• Foster alignment among engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.

• Establish success metrics, conduct experiments, and iterate based on data insights.

• Operate as an individual contributor with significant autonomy and a direct influence on millions of users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in fintech, crypto/Web3, or AI-focused products is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to launch user-facing products that measurably impact conversion and engagement.

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills—able to convert ambiguity into clear product specifications.

• Comfortable collaborating with AI/ML teams and translating model functionalities into user advantages.

• Proven experience working alongside engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.

• Ability to establish success metrics, conduct experiments, and iterate based on data analysis.
