Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and oversee product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for various product listings.

• Translate brand messaging and product unique selling propositions (USPs) into keyword-optimized, shopper-focused content that boosts performance.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of brand content with client and platform-specific standards.

• Collaborate closely with project managers to guarantee prompt and precise content delivery.

• Create ecommerce copy for a toy brand catering to both children and adults.

• Utilize structured content templates and authoring tools in your writing process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in writing in US English.

• At least 5 years of copywriting experience in retail or online marketplace ecommerce.

• Proven experience with Amazon or comparable marketplaces like Walmart or Tesco.

• Ideally have experience in consumer products or the toy industry.

• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword/shopper intent, and ecommerce search behavior.

• Skilled at identifying and rectifying inconsistencies and enhancing the readability of ecommerce copy.

• Capable of tailoring messaging to specific product categories while adhering to brand tone.

• Comfortable using structured content templates and authoring tools.

• Detail-oriented with awareness of how minor changes can influence performance.

• Demonstrated ability to work with project managers to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.

• Experience with global brands or managing content across international marketplaces is preferred.

• Background in retail/Amazon marketplaces, digital marketing, SEO optimization, content creation, copywriting, or digital communications is favored.

• Experience in creating product copy specifically for the toy industry is preferred.

• Highly preferred experience in integrating SEO keyword research into product copy.

• Hands-on experience in SEO research using tools like Semrush and Helium is viewed favorably.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required in the application questions.
