Copywriter – Ads, Webinars

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create compelling copy for advertisements, webinars, and sales funnels

• Craft sales-oriented text that transforms interest into qualified leads and clients

• Generate innovative hooks, headlines, storytelling techniques, and persuasive arguments

• Assess target demographics, offers, purchasing motivations, and potential objections

• Leverage performance data and marketing analytics to refine copy

• Develop hypotheses and create improved variations of copy

• Conduct self-directed research and contribute ideas even without fully formed briefs

• Collaborate on various offers, target demographics, and marketing campaigns

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in copywriting, preferably with an emphasis on direct response, paid advertisements, webinar scripts, or similar sales-focused material

• A portfolio showcasing tangible work samples and, ideally, measurable outcomes

• Strong grasp of sales psychology, audience segmentation, purchasing motivations, and managing objections

• Keen intuition for hooks, headlines, storytelling, and persuasive arguments

• Knowledge of performance marketing, sales funnels, and the significance of copy throughout the customer journey

• Proficient understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates

• Analytical mindset with the ability to formulate hypotheses and convert insights into enhanced copy

• Capability to generate multiple ideas and copy variations under tight deadlines

• Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuously improve copy

• Ability to undertake independent research and devise original concepts

• Native-level proficiency in German with an exceptional command of the language
