Copy Supervisor

📋 Description

• Create engaging, concise, and impactful content tailored for professional, patient, and consumer audiences across both print and digital platforms.

• Manage the tone, accuracy, and brand consistency of all written materials.

• Lead and mentor a team of copywriters and freelancers.

• Formulate core messaging frameworks for designated brands and emerging business prospects.

• Offer innovative and strategic solutions aimed at enhancing brand development and client success.

• Facilitate copy and creative discussions during internal meetings and client presentations.

• Ensure all content aligns with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and agency standards.

• Build expertise in assigned brands, including their scientific background, market positioning, mindset, and messaging motivations.

• Provide clinical insights and transform complex scientific concepts into compelling and accurate narratives.

• Contribute original ideas that inspire new opportunities and influence the agency's future direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of copywriting experience within a pharmaceutical advertising agency.

• Familiarity with the HCP Promotional Advertising sector.

• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical agency operations.

• A diverse portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles, experiences, and creative approaches.

• A proven history of successfully launching multiple new brands.

• Experience in delivering persuasive presentations for new business proposals.

• Background in managing and mentoring direct reports.

• Ability to effectively juggle multiple client projects at once.

• Mastery of the English language with exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience in high-science copywriting is a plus.
