Copilot, Power Platform Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise automation and AI-driven solutions.

• Take ownership of the technical architecture from start to finish: encompassing discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, building, governance, and deployment.

• Architect solutions using Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform that integrate effectively into Microsoft 365 environments.

• Ensure that governance, security, and ALM practices are established for scalability.

• Design and deliver comprehensive Power Platform solutions across Power Apps (Canvas + Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages.

• Establish robust ALM practices within client environments.

• Create scalable governance frameworks.

• Facilitate discovery workshops to evaluate the current state, gather requirements, and define the target architecture.

• Generate clear, client-ready deliverables, including technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.

• Mentor client makers and professional developers on best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in architecting and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in enterprise settings (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

• Practical experience with Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot, including the development of custom copilots/agents integrated into business processes.

• Strong expertise in Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, DLP policies, ALM, and tenant administration.

• Demonstrated experience in designing integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure services, and external systems using connectors, APIs, and gateways.

• Experience in leading client-facing consulting engagements: workshops, technical documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of identity and access management utilizing Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Familiarity with AI solution patterns pertinent to Copilot implementations: RAG, prompt design, grounding, and evaluation.

• Exceptional communication skills—capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity.

• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 10-20%).
