Coordinador de Marketing Digital, E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Integrate marketing and e-commerce by synchronizing campaigns, content, and the online store calendar for three brands.

• Lead a team of four individuals, establishing weekly priorities, assigning responsibilities, and supporting their development.

• Plan and monitor marketing campaigns from the initial proposal through to implementation and evaluation.

• Oversee the production of banners, videos, manuals, and promotional materials.

• Manage customer communications via SMS and email.

• Coordinate the creation and updating of presentations, templates, and other institutional resources.

• Formulate hypotheses, organize tests, and measure results to identify growth opportunities.

• Monitor campaign and digital sales indicators, detect deviations, and propose improvements.

• Experience in digital marketing and managing results-oriented campaigns.

• Experience working with e-commerce and coordinating actions to boost online sales.

• Proven experience in leading or coordinating teams, with the ability to organize tasks and follow up on execution.

• Ability to interpret metrics and use results to adjust strategies.

• Knowledge of visual and written content to guide production and assess the quality of materials.

• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.

• Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written.

• Full-time availability.

• Experience in telecommunications or with mobile virtual network operators.

• Experience in managing multiple brands.

• Knowledge of email marketing, SMS campaigns, and conversion optimization.

• Proficiency in digital analytics tools, campaign management, and task planning.
