Coordenador de Marketing Generalista, AI Marketing e Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee Latin American marketing operations in a versatile role.

• Propel growth and content strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Create and refine CRM campaigns, automation workflows, nurturing processes, and re-engagement strategies tailored to different funnel stages in Salesforce/Pardot.

• Reactivate inactive leads and pinpoint prospects ready for conversion.

• Manage and enhance paid media efforts through LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.

• Develop AI workflows encompassing automations, agents, content reviews, GEO/SEO, and brand monitoring.

• Perform weekly analysis of the sales funnel.

• Coordinate with agencies and vendors.

• Spearhead content generation for LinkedIn, newsletters, and YouTube from the planning phase through to review and publication.

• Evaluate data and funnel metrics utilizing GA4, Looker Studio, and advanced Excel/Sheets.

• Make informed strategic decisions based on analytical insights.

• Connect strategy with execution while functioning independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree obtained within the last 5 years in Marketing, Advertising, Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.

• Experience across multiple marketing fronts, including CRM, paid media, content creation, and analytics.

• Demonstrated expertise in growth, CRM, or B2B marketing.

• A portfolio or case studies are required.

• Proficiency in CRM and automation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.

• Familiarity with managing paid traffic through LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.

• Practical experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, or similar, with specific examples of automation.

• Experience in crafting articles, posts, newsletters, and emails.

• Excellent writing abilities.

• Competency in interpreting data and funnel metrics using GA4, Looker Studio, and advanced Excel/Sheets.

• Capability to make data-driven decisions independently.

• Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.

• Advanced proficiency in English is required.
