Conversion Agent – Hindi/Urdu Speakers – Forex

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with potential clients in the regulated Forex and financial services sector.

• Interact with clients who speak Hindi or Urdu, using English for management and telephone communications.

• Strive to achieve sales and conversion objectives.

• Deliver excellent customer service while employing persuasive techniques to facilitate conversions.

• Operate independently in a remote work setting.

• Adhere to a Monday-to-Friday schedule with 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour lunch break.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Hindi or Urdu, in addition to English, is essential.

• Prior experience as a Conversion Agent is a must.

• Experience in the Forex industry is required.

• Capability to work remotely is necessary.

• Personal PC/laptop and a professional headset are mandatory.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and persuasion skills are needed.

• A motivated and target-driven individual is preferred.

• Ability to work autonomously is essential.

• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.

• Must be available for a Monday to Friday, 9-hour shift including a 1-hour lunch break.

• Must be eligible to work for a regulated Forex company.
