Conversion Agent – Forex, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to designated in-house marketing leads.

• Establish rapport while accurately representing the brand and its offerings.

• Address inquiries, manage objections, and guide leads through subsequent steps.

• Adhere to approved scripts, procedures, and compliance standards during every call.

• Achieve key performance indicators for call activity, duration, quality, and conversions.

• Maintain precise records of calls and lead interactions.

• Independently manage your daily workload.

• Participate in ongoing training and compliance refreshers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in sales or telesales within a conversion, call center, or outbound sales setting.

• Self-assured on the phone, possessing strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Results-oriented, capable of working autonomously without constant supervision.

• Excellent time management abilities and self-discipline.

• Proficient in following processes and maintaining compliance while selling.

• Preferred experience in a work-from-home environment.

• Experience in regulated sales (e.g., forex/fintech) is a plus.

• As a freelancer, responsible for handling personal taxes, social insurance, and statutory obligations.
