Conversational AI Solution Engineer – 100% Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer workflows and pinpoint opportunities for automation and Conversational AI.

• Create voice and chatbot solutions alongside technical solution architectures.

• Choose and assess appropriate Conversational AI platforms and technologies.

• Set up, test, and enhance prompts, dialogue flows, and bot effectiveness.

• Connect customer systems through APIs and various interfaces.

• Execute technical specifications using JavaScript and Python.

• Assist in projects from technology assessment through to go-live.

• Produce technical documentation and establish best practices along with prompt libraries.

• Work in conjunction with customer IT teams, internal groups, and other stakeholders.

• Examine customer needs, discover AI opportunities, design solutions, and provide hands-on technical implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role.

• Proven experience in deploying voice or chatbot solutions on well-established market platforms.

• In-depth understanding of Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI.

• Proficient in JavaScript and Python.

• Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and technical interfaces.

• Insight into automation potentials and customer workflows.

• Experience in the customer experience (CX) or customer service sector is advantageous.

• A structured, analytical, and solution-focused approach to tasks.

• Strong technical inclination and eagerness to explore and enhance new technologies.
