Conversational AI Solution Engineer – 100% Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer workflows to uncover automation and Conversational AI possibilities.

• Design and develop voice and chatbot solutions, including detailed technical solution architectures.

• Choose and assess appropriate Conversational AI platforms and technologies.

• Set up, test, and enhance prompts, dialogue flows, and overall bot performance.

• Connect customer systems via APIs and various interfaces.

• Execute technical requirements using JavaScript and Python.

• Assist in projects from the evaluation stage through to the go-live phase.

• Produce technical documentation and create best practices and prompt libraries.

• Work collaboratively with customer IT teams, internal departments, and other stakeholders.

• Assess customer needs, recognize AI opportunities, design effective solutions, and provide hands-on technical implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or a similar position.

• Proven experience in deploying voice or chatbot solutions on popular platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI methodologies.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python programming languages.

• Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and technical interfaces.

• Insight into automation opportunities and customer workflows.

• Experience in a customer experience (CX) or customer service setting is advantageous.

• A methodical, analytical, and solution-focused work style.

• Strong technical inclination and a passion for exploring and advancing new technologies.
