Conversational AI Solution Engineer – 100% Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer workflows and pinpoint automation and Conversational AI possibilities

• Design and develop voice and chatbot solutions along with technical solution designs

• Choose and assess appropriate Conversational AI platforms and technologies

• Set up, test, and enhance prompts, dialogue flows, and bot performance

• Connect customer systems through APIs and interfaces

• Execute technical requirements utilizing JavaScript and Python

• Assist projects from technology assessment to go-live

• Generate technical documentation and establish best practices and prompt libraries

• Collaborate with customer IT teams, internal teams, and various stakeholders

• Guide customers from the initial concept to a successful go-live

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or in a similar position

• Proven experience in implementing voice or chatbot solutions on popular platforms

• In-depth knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI

• Proficient in JavaScript and Python

• Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and technical interfaces

• Insight into automation opportunities and customer workflows

• Experience in customer experience/customer service sectors is a plus

• Organized, analytical, and solution-focused approach to tasks

• Strong technical inclination and eagerness to explore and innovate with new technologies

• A typical software developer or IT architect background is not necessary; understanding suitable customer processes, technologies, and technical implementation is crucial
