Conversational AI Solution Engineer – 100% Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer processes to uncover opportunities for automation and Conversational AI.

• Design and develop solutions for voice and chatbots, along with comprehensive technical solution designs.

• Assess and choose appropriate Conversational AI platforms and technologies.

• Configure, test, and enhance prompts, dialogue flows, and the performance of bots.

• Integrate customer systems through APIs and various interfaces.

• Execute technical requirements utilizing JavaScript and Python.

• Provide support for projects from the evaluation of technology until they go live.

• Generate technical documentation and set best practices along with prompt libraries.

• Work collaboratively with customer IT teams, internal teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Assess customer requirements, pinpoint AI opportunities, design solutions, and execute them from a technical standpoint.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical discipline.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in roles such as Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar positions.

• Proven experience in implementing voice or chatbot solutions on widely-used industry platforms.

• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI.

• Proficient in JavaScript and Python.

• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and technical interfaces.

• Knowledge of automation prospects and customer processes.

• A structured, analytical, and solution-driven mindset.

• A strong technical inclination and a passion for exploring and adopting new technologies.

• Experience in the CX/customer service sector is advantageous.
