Controller – Operational Controlling, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for operational controlling within the healthcare domain for the VALEARA Group.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues, specialized departments, and site managers.

• Engage with a range of data sources along with hospital and practice information systems.

• Provide support for care frameworks across inpatient, day-patient, and outpatient environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, health economics, business informatics, or a similar qualification.

• Ideally, a minimum of three years of experience in operational controlling, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• Familiarity with inpatient, day-patient, and outpatient care frameworks.

• Advantageous to have knowledge of relevant reimbursement systems (e.g., PEPP, PIA, and KV billing) and regulatory standards.

• Experience in utilizing various data sources and working with hospital or practice information systems.

• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, self-driven work ethic.
