Controller – GTR, Planilla Completa, Call Center, Telecomunicaciones

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and execute necessary process updates in operations based on identified deviations.

• Report deviations in occupancy KPIs (delays and/or absences or operational incidents).

• Manage required staffing dimensions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience as GTR, Traffic Controller, or similar roles.

• Experience in Call Center services.

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

• Basic understanding of SQL.

• Familiarity with KPIs.

• Immediate availability.

• Willingness to work from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, for 8 hours daily with 1 hour for breaks.
