Contracts Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Performs a variety of administrative support tasks.

• Evaluates emails, images, and construction documents to determine necessary equipment or parts for ordering.

• Reviews quotes, purchase orders, and shipping logs from multiple systems.

• Prepares purchase orders and assesses invoices.

• Monitors and communicates delivery statuses.

• Creates and maintains reports for various departments by utilizing collected data, both within systems and through manual data entry as required.

• Liaises with store and Field Operations Teams, Territory Service Managers, Service Technicians, Project Managers, and third-party service providers.

• Collaborates closely with the Florida Division Facilities Specialist to ensure accuracy in Nuvolo data.

• Aids in identifying facility repair requirements and coordinates with the maintenance team and Facilities Director.

• Oversees project and program expenditures.

• Works in conjunction with Enterprise Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Division Finance Teams.

• Performs additional job responsibilities as necessary.
