Contracts Manager – Public-Sector Contracts, Nuclear

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist in the oversight of contract implementation

• Review and become acquainted with the documentation pertaining to awarded contracts

• Draft a Contract Modification Request (ARM) for an active contract

• Aid in the contractual oversight of contracts

• Assist in managing changes requested by contractors or the client

• Support the administration of claims made by contractors or the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA)

• Facilitate contract closure activities

• Evaluate the project risk and opportunity assessment

• Assist in the contractual management of contracts in progress overseen by an external engineering project management team

• Advocate for best practices in contract management

• Encourage best practices for overseeing contract execution and contract management

• Foster awareness of contractual relationships and mutual commitments

• Promote effective practices in handling contractual disputes

• Lead and manage the framework agreement

• Document lessons learned, carry out feedback reviews (REX), and promote continuous improvement across all contracts

• Conduct reviews of lessons learned for individual contracts, specific topics, and annually for all contracts monitored by the Contractor

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Contract Management, preferably in a similar capacity

• Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5), ideally in a field pertinent to Contract Management

• Experience in the nuclear industry is advantageous

• Proven ability to work effectively within a team

• Strong attention to detail and capability to organize a structured approach

• Independence and a proactive attitude
