Contracts Manager – Federal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with federal opportunities, with a focus on small business and 8(a) set-asides.

• Create, compile, and submit proposals at a high volume, often completing one within a day or two.

• Oversee contracts post-award, acting as the main point of contact for agencies, managing modifications, compliance, and reporting.

• Dedicate approximately 25% of the time to outreach for teaming and partnerships with other small businesses.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to staff new contract awards.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and reduce the need for building proposals from scratch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal contracting, including contracts management, proposal writing, capture, or program management.

• Strong understanding of the FAR, set-aside programs, and the federal procurement process.

• An established network of relationships with agencies or contractors is highly advantageous.

• Proficient with AI tools, or motivated to become an expert user.

• Preference for submitting ten quality proposals instead of endlessly refining one.
