Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical trial agreements, excluding the study budget.

• Negotiate terms of clinical trial agreements.

• Draft clinical trial agreements.

• Monitor clinical trial agreements.

• Conclude clinical trial agreements.

• Work in collaboration with Research Operations teams, particularly the Budget teams.

• Partner with local program administrative teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Minimum of 4 years experience in contract review and negotiation.

• Knowledge of privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, contracts, or intellectual property is essential.

• J.D. is preferred.
