Contracts and Budget Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and negotiate worldwide study budgets in accordance with study protocol requirements.

• Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.

• Collaborate with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep study team members informed about the status of contract negotiation and execution.

• Oversee the execution of agreements.

• Maintain contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement corrective measures.

• Perform other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent level of experience in contract management, preferably within a clinical research or related industry.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements.

• Experience in managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Capacity to execute time-sensitive tasks accurately.

• Ability to work with limited supervision and within a global team setting.
