This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Create and negotiate comprehensive global study budgets based on the requirements outlined in study protocols.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments.
• Collaborate with supervisors and both internal and external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
• Keep study team members informed about the status of contract negotiations and executions.
• Oversee the execution of agreements.
• Maintain organized contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective measures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in contract management, ideally in a clinical research or similar industry context.
• Minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements.
• Proven experience in managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Capacity to execute time-sensitive tasks with accuracy.
• Ability to work and plan with limited supervision while contributing to a global team.
• Demonstrates professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in fulfilling commitments.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach to interactions with customers and team members.
