This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the corporate contracts management program and enhance it through ongoing process improvement and redesign.
• Manage and mentor the corporate contracts management team, offering daily guidance and oversight.
• Monitor tasks and necessary actions on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Handle federal and commercial contracts through the entire contract lifecycle while ensuring adherence to client requirements and federal regulations.
• Review, provide advice on, and negotiate intricate federal and commercial contracts with external partners.
• Collaborate with federal Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer’s Representatives, and client points of contact on contractual issues.
• Develop and oversee GSA MAS submissions, activities, price modifications, Mass Mods, and Pricelist maintenance via SIP.
• Lead and engage in GSA-initiated audits and assessment activities.
• Manage annual updates and submissions of the small business subcontracting plan to GSA.
• Partner with the Director of Finance to manage and submit Service Contract Reporting in SAM.gov.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFAR, DCAA, and contract finance requirements.
• Research new laws and proposed legislation, interpreting potential impacts on contracts.
• Support configuration and process management for document repositories and databases.
• Coordinate with Program Managers to provide contractual guidance and ensure requirements are met.
• Advise management on best practices, concepts, and regulations in contract administration.
• Lead or assist in the onboarding and training of team members.
• Aid in compliant and timely responses to RFIs, SSNs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Review FAR/DFAR clauses for impacts on proposals.
• Facilitate proposal color team reviews, including scheduling, content distribution, input consolidation, and virtual review management.
• Interface with external proposal support resources.
• Enhance proposal compliance and pricing processes.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the federal contracting field.
• Proficient in negotiating, authoring, executing, and managing contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and purchase orders from inception to completion.
• Subject matter expertise in contracting.
• Experience in managing GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) management, updates, audits, and evergreen processes.
• Familiarity with small business subcontracting plans.
• Knowledge of Service Contract Reporting (SCR) in SAM.gov.
• Understanding of FAR/DFAR clauses.
• Insight into business development and proposal/grant writing.
• Strong technical, professional, and business writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking abilities.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
• Ability to proofread, edit, revise, and finalize documents of various lengths and styles.
