Contract Technical Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract exceptional talent for technical positions, focusing mainly on Engineering, through effective and innovative methods.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Ashby, talent communities, competitor analysis, referrals, and other advanced sourcing techniques.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to enhance sourcing strategies.

• Provide market insights and develop diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.

• Perform initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications.

• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Contribute to the development of the technology team to support Headway’s next phase of growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory).

• Familiarity with Juicebox and Ashby (strongly preferred).

• Experience in implementing innovative sourcing techniques, including market mapping, engaging specialized networks, leveraging events, and creating unique outreach efforts.

• Background in sourcing for various technical roles within dynamic, high-growth organizations.

• Ability to excel in a metrics-focused environment while maintaining a balance between speed and quality.

• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.

• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer is required.

• Must indicate if future visa sponsorship will be necessary.
