This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the definition, implementation, and adoption of innovative product features and ecosystem integrations.
• Oversee next-generation deliverables from user discovery and roadmap prioritization to successful market execution.
• Ensure alignment of product development with critical challenges in security workflows.
• Advocate for strategic product direction across the organization and serve as an expert on industry trends and defensive security operations.
• Represent customer needs effectively and incorporate the customer perspective into the development process.
• Collaborate with teams in Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Manage deliverables for next-generation platform features and make tactical prioritization decisions.
• Cultivate expertise in pentesting best practices and showcase product details to both technical and business audiences.
• Define, monitor, and analyze product success metrics throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead go-to-market preparedness, which includes launch strategies, internal training resources, and customer-facing materials.
• Assess cybersecurity tools within customer security settings to guide product development.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management.
• At least 3 years of experience with cybersecurity tools, including vulnerability management or offensive security platforms.
• Proven track record in identifying new opportunities and defining and delivering products.
• Strong technical abilities and the capacity to debug and enhance integration offerings in collaboration with customers.
• Exceptional empathy for customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong inclination towards action, creative thinking, innovation, and data-driven decision-making in product development.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities concurrently.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with global team members.
• Practical experience with DAST/SAST scanners, vulnerability management systems, or pentest workflow platforms.
• Ability to explain how security teams utilize cybersecurity tools to identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks.
• Proficient in translating complex security concepts into documentation, user guides, and release notes.
• Available full-time from October to the end of February, with no planned long-term absences or vacations during the contract period, aside from recognized company holidays.
• Hourly compensation for a full-time contractor role from October through the end of February.
• Recognized company holidays are excluded from the no-absence requirement.
