This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide direct leadership, coaching, and operational oversight for Contract Maintenance team members.
• Guide performance management through coaching, goal setting, development planning, and employee recognition initiatives.
• Evaluate talent, identify skill gaps, and create succession plans.
• Monitor engagement and performance trends, implement action plans, and assess outcomes.
• Address performance challenges through timely, consistent, and effective coaching discussions.
• Strategically delegate tasks to enhance team capabilities and minimize key-person dependencies.
• Oversee contract administration to ensure compliance with contract terms, underwriting guidelines, regulations, and client requirements.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk contract and customer issues.
• Balance customer, client, compliance, and financial considerations while upholding documentation standards.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to address operational challenges, mitigate risks, and enhance performance.
• Promote continuous improvement by analyzing trends and metrics, identifying inefficiencies, supporting business initiatives, and advocating for standardized, compliant processes.
• Ensure accuracy in contracts, regulatory compliance, financial integrity, service performance, and quality outcomes for automotive service contracts and related products.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a high-volume operations, contract administration, customer support, insurance, financial services, and/or back-office processing environment.
• Previous experience in leadership, supervisory, team lead, coaching, and personnel development roles is necessary.
• Capability to manage employee performance, prioritize workloads, resolve escalations, and drive operational results.
• Strong understanding of contract administration processes, compliance requirements, and operational controls.
• Experience with automotive service contracts is preferred.
• Preferred background in financial services or insurance operations.
• Experience with workforce management is advantageous.
• Quality assurance experience is a plus.
• Audit support experience is beneficial.
• Experience in training and development is desired.
• Compliance experience is essential.
• A proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives.
• A demonstrated history of driving operational transformation initiatives.
• Experience in utilizing operational reporting and performance metrics to enhance team and business performance, improve operational efficiency, achieve business objectives, and meet organizational goals.
