This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit physicians, hospitals, and ancillary service providers to establish network participation agreements in alignment with Corporate, health plan, and State regulations.

• Ensure that all necessary documentation and information are properly included.

• Build and develop a network for a specific region and set of providers.

• Lead recruitment efforts for assigned physicians, hospitals, and ancillary services.

• Ensure that standard contracts are complete and accurate, aligning with organizational objectives.

• Facilitate and oversee the provider setup and contract configuration to ensure accurate claims adjudication.

• Initiate contact with and identify potential providers based on geographic and specialty requirements.

• Update and maintain the provider database.

• Collaborate with internal departments and contracted providers to implement and uphold contract compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, provider relations, or a related role within a hospital or physician’s office/group setting.

• Preferred working knowledge of State and/or Federal healthcare programs, including Medicaid and Medicare.
