Contract Manager – Public-Sector Contracts, Nuclear Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist in overseeing the execution of contracts.

• Review and become acquainted with the documents associated with awarded contracts.

• Prepare a contract risk and opportunity analysis (ARM) for an ongoing contract.

• Aid in the contractual monitoring of contracts.

• Assist in managing changes proposed by contractors or the client.

• Support the administration of claims submitted by contractors or the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA).

• Facilitate the closeout process of contracts.

• Review the project's risk and opportunity analysis.

• Support the management of contracts in execution under the guidance of an external engineering management firm.

• Advocate for best practices in contractual management.

• Raise awareness regarding contract execution monitoring and management.

• Foster understanding of contractual relationships and mutual obligations.

• Promote awareness of contractual dispute management processes.

• Oversee the framework agreement.

• Document lessons learned, conduct experience feedback (REX), and drive continuous improvement across all contracts.

• Conduct REX for individual contracts.

• Carry out REX on specific topics.

• Compile an annual REX encompassing all contracts monitored by the Service Provider.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, you possess extensive experience in Contract Management or Contract Administration.

• Preferably, you hold a master's degree in Contract Management or a related discipline.

• Experience within the nuclear sector is advantageous.

• Capability to work efficiently as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach.

• Ability to work independently and respond promptly.
