Contract Manager – FPSO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee contracts and ensure adherence to their terms.

• Recognize contractual risks, inconsistencies, and potential business opportunities.

• Handle modifications, variations, claims, and guarantees related to contracts.

• Prepare for and engage in negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Track contractual obligations, deadlines, and financial responsibilities.

• Assist in resolving disputes and oversee any possible litigation.

• Direct contract closure processes.

• Manage the primary contract along with those of suppliers and subcontractors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A higher education degree in law, contract management, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.

• Between 5 to 10 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Demonstrated experience in managing contracts for turnkey FPSO projects.

• Solid understanding of supplier contracts, subcontracting, and supply chain management.

• Strong grasp of contract variations, claims, guarantees, and negotiation processes.

• Professional proficiency in English is required.
