Contract LCSW/LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assist in the initiation of Clarity Pediatrics' behavioral health services in Arizona.

• Aid in the enrollment processes for commercial and Medicaid payers.

• Complete and uphold CAQH and credentialing paperwork.

• Review and authorize provider enrollment applications and associated attestations.

• Engage in occasional meetings regarding network expansion and market initiation.

• Take part in 1–2 user research interviews concerning the provider and patient care landscape in Arizona.

• Identify influential local figures in the pediatric field.

• Facilitate introductions to local pediatric opinion leaders where suitable.

• Potentially deliver future clinical services, such as structured virtual group therapy for parents and caregivers.

• Support care for ADHD and co-occurring conditions, including anxiety and autism spectrum disorder.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.

• Eligibility for credentialing with both commercial and government payers.

• Preferred experience in providing behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth environments.

• Strong organizational abilities and timely fulfillment of credentialing requirements.

• Interest in supporting innovative, technology-driven care delivery models.

• Preferred active enrollment with Arizona Medicaid.

• Residency in Arizona is required.

• Reliable and secure internet connection in a private, distraction-free environment for fully remote care.

• Experience in delivering therapy to children and adolescents.

• Experience in conducting structured therapy groups.

• Familiarity with diagnostic assessments, including those for ADHD.

• Experience utilizing assessment tools and outcome measures.

• Capability to manage clinical sessions, meetings, administrative tasks, and documentation.

• Experience in adapting to new technologies, tools, or electronic health record systems.

• Availability to commence the 1099 consultant role.

• Willingness to provide comprehensive responses to necessary screening questions.
