Contract Dynamics 365 Finance Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain detailed training materials, interactive modules, standard operating procedures, and quick-reference user guides for D365 F&O.

• Conduct engaging classroom, virtual, and practical train-the-trainer and end-user training sessions for finance teams.

• Collaborate with change management and finance leaders to evaluate user competency and readiness.

• Provide focused floor-walking and support following go-live.

• Collect user feedback during and after training sessions.

• Revise training materials and enhance operational adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for D365 F&O implementations.

• Strong understanding of finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, intercompany transactions, and month-end close procedures.

• Experience in creating clear, accessible user documentation and e-learning materials.

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex system workflows for finance end users.
