This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement comprehensive negotiation strategies for various categories while overseeing the complete contract life cycle.
• Analyze intricate market trend data and research to deliver expert advice and actionable insights.
• Facilitate the dissemination of clinically or operationally significant information, such as product recalls/alerts, benefits, educational opportunities, contract announcements, and other important communications.
• Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to shape strategies and reach consensus on contract awards.
• Ensure that contracts adhere to professional, clinical, and operational standards.
• Evaluate contract performance in conjunction with onsite Integration teams or key stakeholders to enhance value delivery.
• Proactively communicate clinically or operationally relevant information.
• Oversee daily management of associates, which includes hiring, training, onboarding, professional development, coaching, and providing feedback.
• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.
• A minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in contract category management, with a strong preference for experience in pharmacy contract category management.
• Professional background in a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) or complex healthcare supply chain environment, ideally managing pharmaceutical or clinical categories.
