Contract Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct English-language document assessments for Contact Review initiatives.

• Execute privilege evaluations, perform legal research, provide expert testimony, and deliver associated legal support as required by the project.

• Adhere to project-specific workflows and timelines.

• Collaborate as a vital part of the project team to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of document review processes, including privilege/responsiveness evaluations, redactions, conceptual searches, and first and second levels of review.

• Proficiency with electronic document review platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with good standing status.
