Contract Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Review and create contracts for projects of low to medium complexity throughout their execution, including CDAs, ISAs, IPAs, WSCs, and, if necessary, budgets, while excluding MSAs.

• Develop and implement a solid understanding of Labcorp's business units to ensure appropriate contract terms are established for various types of studies.

• Produce cash flow analyses and payment schedules with managerial support for agreements, in line with Contract Management guidelines, for senior departmental review.

• Follow up on pending contract matters to adhere to internal and external deadlines, thereby minimizing business and legal risks.

• Collaborate across departments with Contract Analysts, Client Services, Finance, Pricing, and Sales to address contract-related issues.

• Support Analysts and SMEs with regular client follow-ups concerning contract documentation.

• Aid in overseeing contract processes and maintaining client relationships.

• Engage in process enhancement initiatives aimed at improving global contract delivery.

• Comply with Contract Management policies and procedures.

• Provide precise updates on pending contractual documents to management via required systems or tracking methods.

• Attend project review meetings as necessary.

• Execute other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of business experience, ideally within pharmaceutical or CRO environments.

• Strong ability to plan, multitask, and prioritize effectively.

• Intermediate skills in Excel and Word.

• Proven problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Keen attention to detail and persistence, while maintaining professionalism.

• Comfort in a high-volume, fast-paced work setting.

• BA or BS in business or life sciences, or equivalent experience.
