Contract Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and evaluate contracts for projects of low to medium complexity throughout their execution, including CDAs, ISAs, IPAs, WSCs, and budgets as needed (excluding MSAs).

• Develop and implement a solid understanding of Labcorp's business units to ensure appropriate contract terms for all study types.

• Produce cash flow analyses and payment schedules with management assistance for agreements, in line with Contract Management guidelines.

• Address unresolved contract issues to meet both internal and external deadlines, thereby reducing business and legal risks.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Contract Analysts, Client Services, Finance, Pricing, and Sales to resolve contract-related challenges.

• Support Analysts and SMEs in regular client follow-ups regarding contract documentation.

• Aid in overseeing overall contract processes and managing client relationships.

• Engage in process enhancement initiatives aimed at improving global contract delivery.

• Comply with Contract Management policies and procedures.

• Offer precise updates on pending contractual documents to management through the necessary systems or tracking tools.

• Attend project review meetings as required.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of business experience, ideally within pharmaceutical or CRO environments.

• Capability to plan, multitask, and prioritize effectively.

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Keen attention to detail and persistence while maintaining a diplomatic approach.

• Experience and ease in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

• BA or BS degree in business or life sciences, or equivalent experience.
