This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Handle contract requests submitted by the field sales team.
• Draft standard contracts, amendments, extensions, consignment documents, and loan equipment agreements.
• Evaluate requests and accompanying documentation for precision and thoroughness.
• Collaborate on contract revisions with Contract Directors and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate the routing of agreements for approval and signatures while tracking execution status.
• Maintain contract documentation, approval records, correspondence, and finalized agreements.
• Update SAP, Salesforce, and other business systems with contract, pricing, and account information.
• Assist with pricing override processes related to implant sales.
• Keep track of contract expirations and inform stakeholders about renewals or necessary actions.
• Produce reports on contracts, pricing, rebates, and sales activities.
• Aid in audits for consignment and loan equipment.
• Address internal inquiries regarding contract statuses and processes.
• Identify inconsistencies and escalate issues regarding missing information or unusual requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to contract management and workflows.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• An associate degree is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, order management, pricing administration, sales support, customer service operations, or a similar business role.
• Background in preparing, processing, or maintaining contracts and related documentation.
• SAP experience is highly desirable.
• Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Experience working with Veterans Affairs customers or contracts is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and follow-through.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with field sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to legal and organizational standards.
