This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives from the initial concept through to implementation and realization of value.
• Assist in enterprise initiatives that involve process transformation, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, system implementations, and organizational change.
• Create and implement sustainable solutions that standardize processes, enhance performance, and align with long-term business objectives.
• Recognize opportunities to utilize new technologies, automation, and advanced analytics tools.
• Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, communication strategies, and implementation approaches.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide regular updates on project status, recommendations, and communications at the executive level.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and adoption efforts.
• Assist in managing the Continuous Improvement project portfolio, which includes prioritization, governance, status reporting, and benefit tracking.
• Coordinate among stakeholders in Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Technology.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for implemented changes.
• Establish project KPIs, measurement frameworks, business cases, and methodologies for value realization in collaboration with the Analytics team.
• Utilize data, reporting, and performance insights to facilitate decision-making and assess outcomes.
• Track and communicate project performance in relation to financial and operational targets.
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or related areas.
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders, functions, and business priorities.
• Proficient project management, planning, and organizational leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and handle competing priorities.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a highly matrixed organization.
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and change management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen, with the capacity to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Capability to develop business cases, quantify value, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities.
• Experience in supporting process transformation, technology implementations, and digital enablement initiatives.
• Successful completion of a post-offer criminal background check.
