This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive continuous improvement projects from initial concept to execution and realization of value.
• Assist in enterprise projects that involve process transformation, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, system implementations, and organizational change.
• Create and apply sustainable solutions that standardize processes, enhance performance, and align with long-term business goals.
• Recognize opportunities to utilize new technologies, automation, and advanced analytics tools.
• Formulate project charters, business cases, project plans, communication plans, and implementation strategies.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide consistent project updates, recommendations, and communications at the executive level.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and adoption initiatives.
• Assist in managing the Continuous Improvement project portfolio, including prioritization, governance, status reporting, and benefit tracking.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Technology.
• Collaborate with Technology, Business Solutions, and operational teams to establish Standard Operating Procedures.
• Set project KPIs, measurement frameworks, business cases, and value realization methodologies in conjunction with the Analytics team.
• Leverage data, reporting, and performance insights to aid decision-making and evaluate outcomes.
• Monitor and relay project performance in relation to financial and operational targets.
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or similar areas.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving various stakeholders, functions, and business priorities.
• Strong skills in project management, planning, and organizational leadership.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while addressing competing priorities.
• Background in leading cross-functional initiatives within a complex matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and change management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen with the capability to convert insights into actionable steps.
• Proficiency in developing business cases, quantifying value, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities.
• Experience in supporting process transformation, technology implementations, and digital enablement projects.
• Travel requirement: Less than 10%.
