
Contingent Workforce Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist hiring managers across designated business units
• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and support related to the contingent workforce program
• Guide managers through the processes, requirements, policies, procedures, and best practices associated with contingent labor
• Create, update, and oversee contingent labor requisitions within the Beeline system
• Support the comprehensive lifecycle of the contingent workforce, including requisition creation, onboarding, extensions, rate modifications, conversions, and offboarding
• Ensure that requisitions and worker records are accurate and compliant
• Maintain data integrity and documentation within program systems
• Monitor program activities and key milestones to detect potential issues and facilitate timely resolutions
• Manage relationships with staffing suppliers and assess their performance
• Address any performance gaps with suppliers, promoting accountability and continuous improvement
• Investigate and resolve issues and inquiries related to the contingent workforce
• Track escalations to resolution and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Identify process gaps and recommend operational enhancements
• Assist with reporting, audits, and compliance activities
• Support the implementation of new processes, policies, VMS enhancements, and supplier changes
• Utilize program data and reporting to identify trends and enhance program effectiveness and hiring outcomes
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting contingent workforce programs, staffing operations, MSP environments, or workforce administration
• Proficiency in using Beeline or a comparable Vendor Management System (VMS)
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and focus on processes
