Content & Strategy Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of fare and content displays across global distribution systems (GDS).

• Provide validation of content across GDS channels and displays.

• Conduct regular audits on air and/or hotel content.

• Perform real-time audits on fares and rates.

• Identify inefficiencies in workflows related to content loading and validation.

• Diagnose discrepancies and ascertain their underlying causes.

• Effectively communicate analyses with internal regional teams.

• Illustrate recommended actions based on the findings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Sabre and Amadeus is REQUIRED.

• Previous experience in the travel sector, concentrating on air and/or hotel.

• Proficiency in data validation, QA processes, or auditing workflows.

• Ability to interpret data and spot discrepancies or anomalies.

• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating issues and solutions clearly.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with airline fare rules or hotel rate distribution is an advantage.
