📋 Description

• Validate that all concepts, terminology, frameworks, definitions, and corporate training materials are precise, logically coherent, and current.

• Examine scripts, educational materials, on-screen text callouts, and captions for impeccable grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.

• Ensure that intricate workplace and educational subjects are organized cohesively, steering clear of jargon while maintaining an optimal narrative flow.

• Verify that the content corresponds with the intended learning objectives and upholds an appropriate professional tone for workplace learners.

• Offer clear, organized editorial feedback and corrections to content creators to address inaccuracies, ambiguities, and structural deficiencies.

• Collaborate closely with content producers and instructional designers to guarantee that materials comply with educational and language standards prior to production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Education, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in content editing, proofreading, copyediting, or curriculum QA (preferably within corporate learning, adult education, or business-related publishing).

• Excellent command of American English grammar, syntax, punctuation, tone, and readability standards.

• Outstanding fact-checking abilities with a demonstrated capacity to analyze intricate topics and detect subtle inaccuracies.

• Keen attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple review assignments independently under tight deadlines.
