Content Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute daily content curation tasks for written publications and audio materials by adhering to established SOPs, checklists, and client protocols.

• Assess content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and basic accuracy; implement straightforward corrections as outlined by guidelines.

• Detect and log content issues, defects, and bugs in internal tools utilizing required templates and ticketing standards.

• Elevate unclear, high-impact, or policy-violating concerns to the Team Lead/SME with comprehensive context and supporting documentation.

• Oversee assigned queues to achieve specified throughput goals and turnaround times/SLA requirements.

• Adhere to information security, confidentiality, and secure work environment protocols when applicable.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail while performing repetitive or high-volume tasks.

• Engage in team meetings, calibration sessions, and necessary training; integrate feedback to enhance accuracy and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level or fully bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) in the required language(s) along with a strong cultural understanding of the relevant market(s).

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow step-by-step processes and quality standards.

• Basic problem-solving abilities (identify the issue, collect evidence, adhere to the escalation process).

• Strong time management skills and the capacity to consistently meet productivity and quality benchmarks.

• Comfort with multiple tools and web platforms; aptitude for quickly learning new systems.

• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web browsers.

• Willingness to work in a position that may involve exposure to content that some individuals may find sensitive or offensive.

• Experience: 1–2 years in content operations, content review, digital QA, or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory (dependent on the role).
