This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Conduct quality assessments on ocean freight contracts, rates, and surcharges provided by partners and AI, ensuring alignment with source rate sheets and tariffs.
• Manage a continuous flow of contracts, adhering to QA protocols and documenting checks performed.
• Acquire knowledge of ocean rates and surcharges to detect discrepancies.
• Identify and rectify errors before they affect customers.
• Liaise with vendor partners for necessary corrections and ensure thorough follow-up to prevent future issues.
• Recognize recurring error trends and contribute to the enhancement of QA checks, guides, and documentation.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline the QA process and ideally assist in their development.
• Uphold well-organized, high-quality master data across the ocean content set.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to process intricate information while maintaining precision.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Capability to work autonomously and take ownership of cases once familiar with the processes.
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with structured data.
• Comfort in a high-volume, structured workflow environment where accuracy is critical.
• Practical experience using AI tools to accomplish tasks; experience in building applications with them is a plus.
• Background in ocean or air freight, logistics, or shipping is advantageous.
