• Conduct content operations with an AI-first approach.

• Coordinate internal experts, agencies, and tools without increasing headcount.

• Extract content insights from internal specialists, including developer advocates and engineers.

• Highly proficient with intricate, R&D-focused content, and credible among platform engineering, DevOps, and SRE audiences.

• AI-first mindset, with a proven history of leveraging AI tools for content production and scalability.

• Practical experience with SEO and well-versed in the evolving AEO and GEO landscapes.

• Experienced in managing WordPress and collaborating with external agencies for blog and content creation.

• Adept at extracting valuable content from internal experts such as developer advocates and engineers.
