Content Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Investigate Gracenote's offerings, industry developments, and proprietary data to generate authoritative thought leadership content and messaging.

• Review and revise website content to enhance clarity, emphasize data insights, foster audience trust, and navigate visitors through the purchasing process.

• Create, filter, and sustain detailed Pardot audience segments based on industry, behavior, and persona.

• Compose, design, and implement automated email nurture sequences aligned with customer lifecycle stages in Pardot.

• Produce high-quality written content for web, email, and thought leadership materials without the use of AI generation tools.

• Oversee assignment queues from start to finish, adhere to deadlines autonomously, and ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B content marketing and copywriting.

• A portfolio that demonstrates clear, human-centric messaging and data-driven thought leadership.

• Proven ability to derive key insights from complex data, research, or product features and translate them into engaging narratives.

• Direct experience in constructing email sequences, automation rules, and audience lists within Salesforce Pardot.

• Native or near-native proficiency in English grammar, editing, and stylistic writing for a variety of audience segments.

• Capacity to align content, website copy, and email interactions with distinct customer journeys.

• Excellent self-management abilities, with capability to prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.

• Basic knowledge of HTML for formatting email templates and making minor layout adjustments in Pardot (preferred).
