Content Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee and resolve issues related to missing invoices.

• Collaborate with vendors to ensure all invoices are processed in preparation for the go-live stage.

• Address and resolve problems and escalations concerning media types, media delivery, and any missing media.

• Load invoices based on client specifications.

• Utilize the invoice acquisition tool to transition invoice feeds from the testing phase to production.

• Manage and prioritize communications between clients and vendors during the onboarding process.

• Establish client communication channels.

• Set up electronic data feeds.

• Assist in the development of customers’ mobile inventory.

• Aid in the creation of customers’ inventory for voice and data circuits.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience is preferred.

• Background in expense management, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, or mobility is advantageous.

• Strong customer service abilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Skill in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.

• Competence in meeting deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

• Intermediate skills in Excel are required.
