Content Lead, Clip Testing System

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the clip-testing dashboard and make daily decisions on the winners.

• Determine which clips progress to the main page, which need to be re-edited and retested, and which should be discarded.

• Adjust platform-specific benchmarks based on performance metrics.

• Examine trends and guide editors and pickers towards enhancements.

• Manage the daily and weekly operational routines.

• Hold editors and pickers accountable for their performance metrics.

• Mentor team members and optimize each stage of the process.

• Create a written data analysis report weekly for leadership review.

• Step into any position as necessary to maintain the flow of the clip-testing process.

• Ensure that streams generate 8 to 12 moments, that rough cuts are finalized, edits are returned within set timelines, and data is accurately gathered.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading a team or managing a repeatable process.

• Must have personally taken ownership of and enhanced a metric; candidates should present evidence and quantifiable results.

• Experience managing operational routines; this should not be your first management role.

• Ability to interpret performance dashboards and make quick, clear decisions.

• Background in content creation, growth strategies, or analytics.

• Adequate knowledge of short-form content to enhance the work of editors and pickers.

• Proficiency in ClickUp.

• Discipline to maintain a documented operational routine.

• Consistent daily availability overlapping with Pacific Time.

• Capability to coach individuals, enforce standards, and address shortcomings directly.

• Openness to collaborate across data analysis and editing workflow challenges.

• Application submissions must include a maximum three-minute Loom video, an example of a data-driven decision and its outcome, operations tools used, and weekly capacity details.
