Content Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of content from start to finish, including ideation, scripting, recording, editing, and distribution.

• Initiate a YouTube schedule featuring two videos each week: one long-form educational tutorial and one short-format video.

• Transform videos into content suitable for Instagram, Twitter, and other social media platforms.

• Expand and oversee YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media channels.

• Publish written tutorials and guides to enhance search visibility.

• Establish a recognizable presence within the Discord community.

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for content, determining what to present, when, and to which audience.

• Spot viral trends in the realms of 3D, gaming, and AI, and convert them into engaging content.

• Showcase platform capabilities through hands-on 3D model creation examples.

• Interact with the Discord community and integrate their ideas and feedback into the content strategy.

• Collaborate directly with the founder as a key hire focused on growth strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comfortable and self-assured on camera.

• Familiarity with 3D models and the 3D industry through game development, 3D modeling, or editing.

• Experience in creating games within Roblox or Fortnite is considered relevant 3D knowledge.

• Capability to script, record, and edit videos independently from inception to completion.

• Proven experience in growing or managing social media channels.

• Understanding of how to repurpose content across different platforms.

• Proficient in clear, engaging spoken and written English for a global audience.

• Actively utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work.

• Interest in emerging AI capabilities and the ability to identify practical applications.

• Experience with 3D printing is an advantage.

• Possession of an existing channel or portfolio showcasing 3D, game development, or technology tutorial content is a plus.

• Familiarity with writing SEO-friendly tutorials or guides is beneficial.

• Motivated content creators who are new to 3D may also be considered.
